Big News for Homeowners: ADU Rules Just Got Easier in Larimer & Weld Counties

As of June 30, 2025, Colorado House Bill 24-1152 goes into effect. This new legislation makes it simpler and faster to build ADUs across much of the state—including Larimer and Weld Counties.
