Are we still lacking in home inventory in Fort Collins?

One of my colleagues, Josh Forester, just passed along some interesting stats. Although the market in the Fort Collins area seems to be slowing, the inventory for what's on the market is still lower that in December 2017. So, it looks like the competition will still be here. Take a look at the numbers!


From December 17’ to December 18’, inventory numbers are below.

For Active Listings (2017)

Single Family Homes – 496

Condo/Co-Ops – 103

TOTAL - 599


For Active Listings (2018)

Single Family Homes – 409 ↓17%

Condo/Co-Ops – 96 ↓7%

TOTAL – 505 ↓16%
