As we step into the first quarter of 2025, the Northern Colorado real estate market is showing signs of resilience and recovery. After a slower 2024, we’re seeing a positive shift—one that could mean great opportunities for both buyers and sellers in the coming months.


Home Sales on the Rise Recent data shows a 3.3% year-over-year increase in home sales, a clear indication that buyers are re-entering the market with renewed confidence. This uptick suggests that despite higher interest rates and economic uncertainties, real estate in Northern Colorado remains a strong investment. For sellers, this means more activity and potential competition, making strategic pricing and home preparation more important than ever.


Median Prices Trending Up While home prices have remained relatively stable over the past year, we’re now seeing a slight increase in median home prices across several Northern Colorado cities.
