Once you have decided to work with me, as your agent, it time to MAKE A PLAN!

Our first official meeting will be a deep dive into YOU! Our goal to get you into the right house will begin with formulating an excellent plan and executing it effectively by:
Defining your goals, timeline, and vision for your ideal home.
Exploring YOU - what features might make you happy and if you are a "functional" or "quirky" buyer.
Setting up a communication plan
Prioritizing and Evaluating listings based on the must-have and nice-to-have features.
Establishing a Lender Relationship and getting Pre-Approved at a comfortable price point.
Setting up showings based on those priorities and desired price ranges.
Preparing you to make wise but prompt decisions, especially in a competitive market.
Developing a strong offer strategy, discussing potential contingencies and terms.
Homework
Once our meeting is scheduled, take time thinking about who you are and what you really want, then bring that all to the table. Use this list as a guide, but go way beyond in your exploration of what you like and really don't. Walk through your current home and list the features you would love to have again and what you have wanted that it's missing.
